Reflection
Through ED 631: Educational Law and Organizational Structure of Education, I have a deeper understanding about this competency. I learned about this competency through reflecting on case briefs and trainings. While at Concordia College, I was able to talk with Jill Wenger about her previous role working in the Human Resources (HR) Department. Wenger explained to me about how contracts work, and staff hours, especially since my position had different contracts and benefits than others.
Additionally, I also learned more about HR through ED 695B, where I was able to research more about how I would handle bullying in the workplace. I read multiple articles about the role HR plays in this situation.
