Reflection

Maintaining three leadership positions throughout my time at Minnesota State University, Moorhead (MSUM), I have grown a deeper understanding about creating a positive work culture, developing listening skills, the ability to motivate others, and create goals for the organization. Through coaching youth sports, coaching college students, and motivating women through running, I have learned the importance of being a leader for your community. Through MSUM's graduate program, I have learned different ways to increase my competence in specific areas and walk out a stronger leader than I was in 2018.
