Introduction

Dear Tenure Review Committee Members,

Year 4! Thank you all for being a part of this tenure journey with me!

Thank you for your support, advice, diligence, and most importantly, your time. I am lucky to have had a helpful and nurturing tenure review committee for the past four years.

I come away from this experience a different, and hopefully, more solid educator who will strive to learn alongside my students. I hope to continue trying new things to enhance my lesson plans, and I hope to grow the Honors Transfer Program for next few years.

I hope that my tenure review portfolio reflects how I spent the Spring 2022 and Fall 2022 incorporating your comments from my Year 3 of tenure review. I know that the work will continue after this process, and I hope you will see that I am committed to students' growth and learning.
