This manager acts as a bridge between internal operational processes and incoming/outgoing flows.
Among other responsibilities, the Interim Supply Chain Manager:
Receives customer orders and plans resource requirements, negotiates with suppliers, manages stock, and allocates resources internally for production, ensuring controlled Quantity, Timing, and Cost
Ensures full compliance with internal and external commitments, including direct operational, administrative, and complementary requirements necessary for product or service delivery
Supervises operational units to guarantee adherence to agreed customer deadlines
Oversees logistics for product and service delivery in line with orders, and ensures post-sales commitments are fulfilled
