直前登録 Late registration

事前準備に余裕が出てきたため、以下の条件で会期直前の登録を受け付けます。支払い情報もこのページに掲載します。

With the following conditions, you can make late registration. Please also check the payment information below.


  • 申し込み期間: 11/3(水) 24時まで（時間厳守）

  • 支払い可能期間:（実行委員会によるゆうちょダイレクトでの振込確認期限）11/4(木) 12時まで（時間厳守）

  • 折り返しメール: 参加登録および振込確認の折り返しメールは致しません。上記締め切りまでに支払いが確認できた場合のみ、大会コアサイト用のユーザーIDを発行し、Welcomeメールを送信いたします。

  • ユーザーID発行: 個別には行いません。上記締め切り後、11/4の夜に一斉に行いWelcomeメールを送信します。　

  • 領収書発行: 業務量の関係から会期前には発行できません。会期後1週間程度までに発行の予定です。


  • Deadline for application: 24:00 of 2021-11-03 (Wed)

  • Deadline for payment "confirmation"; only when the organizing committee can confirm the payment at the online bank account by 12:00 of 2021-11-04 (Thu), the organizing committee will publish the user IDs to login the meeting core site. With some methods of bank transfer, the payment confirmation takes substantial time. Please make sure that you will complete the payment as soon as possible.

  • Confirmation email; the committee will NOT send confirmation emails upon registration and payment. After the deadline above, the Welcome email will be sent to new users in the evening of 2021-11-04.

  • Receipt of payment; due to the time limitation, the receipt of payment cannot be published before the meeting. It will take > 1 week after the meeting end.

支払い情報 Payment information

締切：実行委員会において11月4日（木）正午の時点で振り込みを確認できた方のみ参加登録が正式に完了したことになります。振り込みの方法によっては振込日時からゆうちょダイレクトへの反映まで時間がかかりますので、余裕をもって振り込みをお願いします。それ以降は、すでに登録が完了した参加者への直前の連絡等の業務に専念するため、個別の対応は致しません。

Deadline; only if the payment is confirmed by the noon of 2021-11-04 (Thu), the organizing committee recognizes it as the completion of registration. Since with some transferring methods, the confirmation will be delayed from the moment of the payment, please make sure that payment is completed as soon as possible. After this deadline we cannot reply to individual queries (e.g. regarding the delay of payment), since we need to focus on the announcements to already-registered participants for maximizing their benefits.

Note: The bank account for this event is a general course account at Japan Post Bank, not a transfer account. Please note that remittances cannot be made using the transfer form. Please be sure to make the transfer for each participant. Please pay the amount indicated at the time of registration.
