I am looking for a farm in Pitt Meadows BC. Rather than working with a Realtor, I am seeking a Farmer who may be considering selling his/her farm in the future. As my need is not immediate, I am hoping to find a farmer I can work with to buy an option to purchase the farm in 2 to 5 years.

My ideal farmer is one who knows he wishes to retire in 2-5 years and wishes to find prospects to sell to without commitment. If I am not able to purchase your farm, I will help you find other potential purchasers you can contact when the time is right for you.
