The days of walking into a retail store to buy a lottery ticket are gone. People want to get rich from the comfort of their own home using their computer, tablet or phone. If your lottery tickets are not available online, someone will be offering your tickets on their website...

GiantLottos, Lottoland, thelotter, PlayHugeLottos and other Private Lottery Syndicate/websites claim they are offering tickets on USA MegaMillions, USA Powerball, Italy SuperEnalotto, Spain La Primitiva, France EuroMillions, and others but many of these lotteries state only tickets from authorized retail resellers in the state or province where the resident resides can win.

Powerball's FAQ states "Powerball tickets purchased on any website other than their own is Restricted". UK National Lottery rules dictate that a prize can only be paid to a person, not to a group ( a signed Syndicate Agreement must state the Syndicate Manager ).

If a Lottery is not accepting payment from online ticket sellers where is the ticket money collected going? Most Lottery's require a signed Syndicate Agreement listing all members of the syndicate when cashing in a ticket. A third party syndicates can not provide this.
