Centralized hub of resources and information for the city of Clayton's tornado response efforts.
The Northside Resilience Fund was created to provide direct, unrestricted emergency funds to North St. Louis City households displaced or at risk for displacement due to damage from the May 16 tornado. The fund initially prioritized assistance to households whose homes received a “red sticker” from the City of St. Louis, indicating severe structural damage. While assistance will be prioritized to those who received a “red sticker,” they are also now accepting applications from households that received a “yellow sticker” on their homes, indicating moderate structural damage. Addresses with a “yellow sticker” will undergo further review to assess documented damage and need. Having a “yellow sticker” does not guarantee approval. Households that did not receive a damage assessment sticker but experienced significant damage may also be eligible.
Learn more and apply by clicking the "Apply for Northside Resilience Fund Assistance" button. The deadline to apply is September 30, 2025, but could be sooner if funds are exhausted.
