People First of Missouri is non-profit organization which promotes equality for individuals with disabilities so they can live the life they choose within their community. It is a self-advocacy organization formed by, run by, and exists for people with developmental disabilities in the state of Missouri. Their membership consists of local affiliated chapters.
St. Louis City & County Chapter
People First of St. Louis meets once a month on the fourth Saturday of the month, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. This chapter meets at Paraquad in The Jim Tuscher Auditorium.
Limited transportation is available if needed.
The Missouri Developmental Disabilities Council (MODDC) has links to video tutorials showing voters and election judges how to use accessible voting equipment. Counties throughout the state use different systems, so each county is listed with links to the tutorials for the system they use. MODDC also offers printable cards with a QR Code to the website for people to take with them on election day for a refresher.
