Medicare primarily serves people over age 65.
Medicare also serves younger people with disabilities and people on dialysis.
You can have both Medicare AND private insurance.
Can I have both Medicaid and Medicare?
Some people qualify for both Medicaid and Medicare. This is called Dual Eligibility.
