The Department of Health & Senior Services (DHSS) is a state agency that specializes in the development and implementation of programs designed to protect seniors and adults with disabilities. It is also responsible for the administration of an integrated system of care for eligible adults who require long-term care.

DHSS provides home and community based services, long-term care services and resources for individuals and their families.

DHSS services do have costs associated with them, in some cases.
