Compass Health Network offers psychological assessment and testing for both children and adults. Their licensed psychologists use their expertise to select assessment and testing tools based on the individual's needs. These evaluations and assessments may include learning disability evaluations, autism spectrum disorder assessments, and diagnostic clarification evaluations.
The Knights of Columbus Developmental Center at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary services for children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and other neurodevelopmental conditions. They have experts on staff who provide the latest methods of diagnosis and treatment that are tailored to the needs of each child and their family. A physician referral from the child's pediatrician is needed to begin receiving services.
Saint Louis University's Interdisciplinary Center for Autism Services provides an in-depth diagnostic evaluation for school-age kids and teens, kindergarten through 12th grade, who may qualify for a medical diagnosis of autism. Children and teens who typically receive assessments do not currently have a medical diagnosis of autism. For school-age children with a medical diagnosis of autism, the team provides recommendations for educational programming and an overall functioning assessment plan, which may vary from kid to kid.
The University of Missouri St. Louis Community Psychological Services provides affordable, comprehensive psychological evaluation services to individuals of all ages. Assessments administered include cognitive assessments (intellectual disability and learning disability assessments), collaborative assessments, and comprehensive evaluations.
The Washington University Autism Clinical Center provides autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnosises for children. The Center evaluates and tracks the three foundations of an accurate diagnosis of ASD, which includes developmental history, the impact a child's symptoms have on them and their family, and the ways ASD may impact the child's life. A referral is needed from the child's pediatrician to schedule an appointment.
