The PRFG is here to support you face-to-face while in location, to provide friendship and a shoulder to lean on when you need it, however sometimes you may need other avenues. Defence Member and Family Support offers programs and resources to support partners and families to successfully manage the military way of life. PRFG utilises funding from DMFS to provide opportunities for connection within our local community.

Defence Kidz is a charity that supports and empowers military families by creating resources, advocating for positive policy change and facilitating connection events that strengthen relationships and educate children and the broader community about military life.

The Australian Army has developed the Army Families Handbook—a comprehensive resource outlining the benefits, support services, and programs available to the families of Army members.
This handbook is designed to be read alongside the Defence Member and Family Information Guide, ensuring that families have access to the information they need to navigate military life with confidence.

Buddy Up exists to strengthen the physical health, social connection and wellbeing of Australia's Defence, First Responders and their families.
