Reactivate a Case

Instructions on how to reactivate a case. 

Please reactivate the case if the student contacts us again about the same issue, rather than making a brand new one. 

We would also use this if we get an email in the queue for a resolved case. We can reactivate the case, make sure the email is attached, help the student with their issue, and then resolve the case.
