KB articles, or Knowledge Base articles, are resources that provide important information about
processes, concepts, and essential topics. They are designed to help users understand and resolve
specific issues or gain insight into various subjects.

Knowledge Search is different from Knowledge Articles. The former is used to find specific articles and is more limited than the latter. You can find more articles by navigating through Knowledge Articles and selecting 'All Articles'
To access a larger number of articles, select 'Knowledge Articles'
Then click on the little arrow next to "My Active Articles" and click on 'All Articles'.
Important note
Most of the time, advisors gain the knowledge to resolve cases from articles, also known as KBs. These articles can be either external or internal. Internal KBs are intended solely for advisors, so they must not share screenshots of internal KBs with students. Also, sharing internal information, like screenshots of the systems, should not be shared over email.
