What is stress?

Many different situations can make us feel stressed; e.g., school, life challenges, a change in routine and the pressure from family and friends
While stress impacts everyone differently, some common signs of stress include; easily annoyed, a change in eating habits, having difficulty concentrating and not feeling our usual self
