Rebecca's Granny Carmel is 84 years old, here's what she has been up to in quarantine

Carmel has been keeping busy over the past couple of months, she has said the thing that is keeping her sane and happy at the moment is chatting to her family through the window.

She has been doing in knitting lots of baby cardigans, she says it is a great way to keep the mind active and makes the day go by faster. Carmel says that it relaxes her and helps her sleep better. She loves showing her granddaughters all her knitting.

Carmel has said that she is grateful that she can still be active but in a different way.

As well as knitting, Carmel has been enjoying going for walks around the block, as it gives her confidence and a little bit of independence.
