Karima recommends asking for feedback if you're unsure about your results, as teachers/lecturers are always open to offer their support

The build up to results...

The build up to results day is never easy; we may feel excited, but also nervous and stressed
We may compare ourselves to our peers, or critique ourselves, if we weren't the 'best'
It's important to be aware of the odd situation we were required to complete our school/college exams and assignments in
It wasn't easy, but we should be proud of ourselves and our resiliency during challenging times

Try not to compare yourself to your peers (it's really difficult not to, we know!)
Acknowledge that you done your best in your situation
Treat yourself! No matter what grade, it's important to recognise your efforts and do something nice for yourself (or with your friends!)

We also understand that results are important
If we don't meet our grades/points expectations, we may begin to worry about our future and feel disappointed
However, it's important to acknowledge that there are many routes to reach your goals
If you're in college, you could appeal your grade, or repeat the exam/assignment in the Summer
If you're in school, you could look into a PLC, or an Access Programme within your preferred college
