Who are we?
We're Karima, Daniela, Rebecca and Sinead - final year social care students in Technological University Dublin, City Campus.
We decided to create this website, as we identified the need for an easily accessible resource that the lovely people in our placements, and many others, could use.
We know that there's already so much out there so we will use these resources, as well as create some of our own, which we hope will be beneficial for anyone that uses these resources.

During quarantine I've been expanding my baking skills and experimenting with different recipes; which has helped my mental health!
On the website, I focused on the mental health aspects, as this is an area I'm really interested in!

While I contributed to the content on the website, my main role was to bring life to each page, through my artwork!
