Steps:
Log in via Web Browser:
Go to https://login.salesforce.com.
Enter your username (usually your work email).
Enter your password and click Log In.
If prompted, complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using the Salesforce Authenticator app or text message code.
Log in via Mobile App:
Download the Salesforce app from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the app and tap Log In.
Enter your login credentials and complete MFA.
You may be asked to allow notifications—tap Allow for smoother authentication.
Troubleshooting Tips:
If you forgot your password, click Forgot Your Password? on the login page.
Make sure you're using the correct login URL—some organizations use custom domains (e.g., companyname.my.salesforce.com).
Clear your browser’s cache if the page isn’t loading properly.
If MFA fails, ensure your authenticator app is set up and synced with your current device.
