Steps:
Sign In to Dialpad:
Open the Dialpad app or go to dialpad.com.
Enter your email and password, then sign in.
Make a Call:
Click or tap the Dialpad icon (phone keypad).
Enter the phone number or search for a contact name.
Click or tap the Call button to start the call.
Answer a Call:
When a call comes in, click or tap the Answer button.
To decline, click or tap Decline or Ignore.
Send a Message:
Select the Messages tab or icon.
Choose an existing conversation or start a new one by searching for a contact.
Type your message and press Send.
Access Voicemail:
Click or tap the Voicemail tab or icon.
Listen to messages and delete or save as needed.
Manage Contacts:
Go to the Contacts tab.
Add, edit, or delete contacts as needed.
Use Additional Features:
Start video calls, schedule meetings, or share your screen using the respective buttons within the app.
Troubleshooting Tips:
Ensure you have a stable internet connection for calls.
Check microphone and speaker permissions if others can’t hear you.
Restart the app if calls drop or fail to connect.
Update the app regularly to access the latest features.
Contact IT support if you experience persistent issues.
