Steps:
Using Microsoft Teams Desktop or Web App:
Open Microsoft Teams and sign in with your work account.
Click on the Calendar icon on the left sidebar.
Click New Meeting in the upper-right corner.
Fill in the meeting details:
Title: Enter a meeting name.
Attendees: Add email addresses of people to invite.
Date and Time: Set the start and end time.
Location: Leave as "Microsoft Teams Meeting" or add a physical location if hybrid.
Description: Add any notes or agenda items.
Click Save or Send to schedule the meeting. Invitations will be sent automatically.
Using Outlook Desktop or Web:
Open Outlook and go to the calendar view.
Click New Teams Meeting (usually a button in the ribbon or toolbar).
Fill in the meeting details as above (title, attendees, date/time, agenda).
Click Send to invite participants with the Teams meeting link.
Using Microsoft Teams Mobile App:
Open the Teams app on your phone.
Tap the Calendar icon at the bottom.
Tap the + or Schedule a meeting button.
Enter the meeting information and add participants.
Tap Done or Send to create the meeting.
Troubleshooting Tips:
If you don’t see the New Meeting or New Teams Meeting button, verify you’re signed in with a Microsoft 365 account with Teams enabled.
Ensure your Teams and Outlook apps are up to date.
If invitations aren’t received, check spam/junk folders or confirm email addresses are correct.
Restart the app or device if you experience syncing issues.
