Steps:
Download the Outlook App:
Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Search for Microsoft Outlook and download/install the app.
Open the Outlook App:
Tap the Outlook icon to launch the app.
Add Your Account:
Tap Get Started or Add Account if it’s your first time opening the app.
Enter Your Email Address:
Type your full work or personal email address (e.g., yourname@company.com).
Tap Continue or Add Account.
Enter Your Password:
Type your account password and tap Sign In.
Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if Enabled:
If your organization uses MFA, approve the sign-in request on your authentication app or enter the code sent via SMS/email.
Allow Permissions:
Grant Outlook permission to access your calendar, contacts, and notifications as prompted.
Start Using Outlook:
Your email will begin syncing, and you can start sending and receiving messages immediately.
Troubleshooting Tips:
Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
Double-check your email address and password if sign-in fails.
If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password link to reset it.
