扣件鍛造製程與線材輥軋製程成形作動展示模型,展示負荷感測器於製程中的安裝位置,透過負荷感測器反應製程負荷趨勢與變化。扣件鍛造的負荷變化,在每次成形不斷重複。線材輥軋製程負荷則為持續維持一負荷值不變,直至製程完成,兩種製程存在明顯差異。取得負荷的時間序列資料後,進行製程負荷特徵提取與分析,能用以判斷製程狀態,如胚料定位放偏、工具磨損或失效。

Display models demonstrating the forming operations of fastener multi-pass forming and the wire rolling stand, explaining the load sensors installation in each forming die. These sensors respond to the trends and variations of forming loads during the fastener forming process. In wire rolling, the load remains at a steady level until the process finished, showing a distinct characteristic between different stands. After obtaining the time-series data of the loads, forming load characteristics are extracted and analyzed to determine the health of machine and quality of workpiece in process. The material flow (billet) unbalance and the tool wear could be detected.
