輥軋技術專利 (Patents):
#摘要 (Abstract) :
一種柔性輥軋成形路徑驗證平台,包含一底座、一成形單元及一送料單元。利用該成形單元的直線移動座及水平旋轉座的設計,使該成形單元的輥輪能夠水平移動及旋轉,因而透過產生的扭矩較小而能夠減低誤差值。

#摘要 (Abstract) :
一種柔性輥軋成形機構,包含至少一柔性輥軋成形裝置,該柔性輥軋成形裝置具有一直線移動單元、一水平旋轉單元、一輥輪轉動單元及一輥輪組。藉由將直線移動單元、水平旋轉單元及輥輪轉動單元依序疊置在一起,能夠提高轉動的流暢度,進而增加柔性輥軋的效率。

#摘要 (Abstract) :
一種差速輥輪,用以解決習知輥輪易於工件上留下擦痕的問題。該差速輥輪包含:一主動部件,設有一軸向貫穿的軸孔以供一轉軸貫穿,該主動部件的內壁設有一轉軸定位部以與該轉軸相互卡掣,該主動部件的外周面形成一第一輥壓面;一從動部件,同軸連接於該主動部件的一端,該從動部件的外周面形成一第二輥壓面;及一差速模組,結合於該從動部件中並可供該轉軸貫穿,及使該從動部件不與該轉軸同步旋轉。

#摘要 (Abstract) :
一種量測應力應變輔助裝置,其包含:一底座、一前側板、一後側板、一心軸、一類立方體、一第一圓棒及一第二圓棒。該前/後側板可拆卸式的設於該底座之一側面之一前/後端上。該心軸沿著從該前側板至該後側板的一第一方向延伸且可拆卸式的固定在該前側板及該後側板之間。該類立方體設於該前側板及該後側板之間,該心軸穿過該類立方體且與該類立方體相互卡固,其中該類立方體設有一第一凹槽與一第二凹槽。該第一圓棒設置於該第一凹槽內。該第二圓棒設置於該第二凹槽內。
