Jack Fruit curry with coconut Milk.
For this recipe, you can use either Fresh Raw green Jackfruit (which you have to cut nicely, applying oil in your hand) or Chakoh Brand Green tender Jackfruit cans (you have to wash these pieces thoroughly in running water 2 to 3 times). For the 1/1 buffet, I had used both Chakoh brand Tender green Jack fruit can and Chakoh brand Coconut Milk. This is available in any Indian Store.
