As you know, persons in detention continue to have the right to freedom of expression recognised in Article 10 of the ECHR,

which includes the “freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference.”

By the Human Rights Act 1998, ECHR Rights are incorporated into UK law. Section 6 of the UK Human Rights Act 1998 makes it unlawful for a public authority to act in a way that is incompatible with a person’s ECHR rights.

Please provide me with a date and time for such an interview.
