Between November 22 nd and December 20 th, the Sun star transits on Sagittarius, the sign of the archer focused on his goals and follower of his own path. It's a Fire sign, of a dynamic step that many times doesn't pay attention to risks. I Ching alludes to this moment of the year in two hexagrams whose characteristics recall the archer's dispositions: the ceiling of a house might fall down (Po, for Winter in the Northern Hemisphere), and a great advancing and resolutive determination might cause a river's overflow (Kuai, for Summer in the Southern Hemisphere).
The Egyptian Tarot assigns number 3 to Sagittarius, which is The Empress card. It's the number of synthesis as a product, and refers to a person whose very existence has become his/her own path. The arcane (and the sign) are ruled by Jupiter, the planet of abundance, of life beating, the most physically notorious one in the solar system. With The Empress, life starts an autonomous cycle.

Sagittarius is related to The Empress (3). Here are some guidelines to bring together the Aquarian (David Palladini), Egyptian (Kier Ed.) and Marseille decks.

Northern Hemisphere
Natural cycle. In it, the expansion and contraction of beings and things always happen, at their own pace and time.
PO Spliting-Apart (23). Productive cycle towards earth.
With Po, receptiveness (which is yin excess) expresses weakness. Docile and obedient dispositions made it easier for the context (concrete facts, ideas, resources, etc.) to take action and decompose the own situation or circumstances. This only becomes a problem if the cyclic annual development of the energy is not followed. It's time of increasing receptiveness. Even those decisions now made to counteract the tendency would be out of place and time... In this situation, there's a big paradox: it's not convenient to remain quiet, and taking action won't avoid either "the inconveniences" of a temporary declination.
Forecast. Other movements happen within the framework provided by the natural cycle.
KOU Coupling (44)
With more activity than usual, the most generic conditions that beings and things are experiencing won't matter too much. For preventing inconveniences, they should look for light and sporadic or temporary contacts and meetings: making them last over time or rooted would be prejudicial or nocuous. The most general tendency, the annual and cyclic one, is for becoming more receptive. But the forecast is Kou: if receptiveness leads to retaining what should be ephemeral, the relationships would meet a deterioration process. For the temporary declination of the annual flow won't bring inconveniences, the transformations should meet no resistance at all on the path. As Kou suggests, the best disposition is making the best of the moments, making no stop nor retaining a thing.
Southern Hemisphere

Any caution or preventive action should be discarded, no matter the visibility of the own position. It's time to turn thoughts and intentions into actions, or at least implement them somehow. The forecast includes risks and eventual miscalculations. Yang excess could turn against the own goals or, on the contrary, could mean the best of the decisions. The keynote for appreciating it is the practical experience on concrete matters or situations.

The forecast combines well with and strengthens Kuai as I Ching's annual moment. Plenty of advancement and openness, the month period seems to bring more and more dynamics, visibility and active development. People should expect for offers, proposals and initiatives that will find a cleared-out path. A lot of energy is about to be developed: in a brief time period, some situations or sectors will acquire a more active presence and control over other people, quickly absorbing their energy and resources.

Vital Astrology is Astrology about motion in natal karma, in the development of elementals, and in the exercise of free will. Sagittarius develops itself in one more turn of the spiral, finding Scorpio and Cancer on the path.
Vital development
As Gemini the opposite sign, the archers are a sign of contrasts. But unlike the twins, those contrasts are not so obvious and also usually involve high-scale matters, not so mundane.
As a sign of knowledge, Sagittarius follows that path, towards studies and an accurate perception. The more it does, the more it detaches from the very road. That's how it moves forwards while what has been known, learnt and experienced becomes part of yesterday.
As time passes by, it reverts the own path somehow, and the acquired privileged perspective makes it overpass some instances. Like in a wit magical performance, the sign shows up beyond where it could be found before...
Sagittarius' development may definitely lead it away from everything, a fact related to deep karmic situations that exceed what is personal and understandable.

The sign surely prefers what is apparently simple, plain and easy, or anything taking it back to a youthful mood. It also prefers staying open to receive first impressions, reach a clear understanding and perceive basic intentions.
The displayed freshness produces a quite stimulating effect at a psychic level, in the very sign and other people, although the effect remains as such over time. In other words, after this type of experience (within or shared), there's no continuation but a permanent feeling of starting or restarting.
The classic endings usually expected after long-term processes or hard-work developments are not what characterizes the archers the most, so it may seem they don't finish their projects. However, maybe they didn't intend to either!
Karma

The runes were introduced to mankind as sounds coming from Odin's mouth. After a cycle of nine days and nine nights on Yggdrasil, the World Tree, Odin bequeathed to us the vibrations ultimately generated by blood roots, after they were transformed throughout their natural cycle. To symbolize it, the runes or "secret letters" were carved into woods, bones, leather, and stones.
Naudhiz (Nauð, from November 13 to 28) - Isa (Íss, until December 13) - Jera (Jara, until December 28)
Naudhiz. [Phonetics: n]. It's translated as affliction. Like rubbing two twigs to each other, it indicates staying alert (like a fire), ready to confront, facing issues and taking the affairs into manifestation (in a wide sense). In a deeper meaning, it suggests a determined cutting or unraveling of the destiny's threads.
Isa. [Phonetics: i]. Translated as ice, it means cold and frozen stillness, something contrary to changes. The rune indicates inertia and barriers that block progress. It could be considered as a temporary stop before some kind of renewal (as it is suggested by the following rune in the calendar). But an extreme meaning of the character letter indicates rigidity, intolerance and a restrictive disposition not open to influences. In a positive expression, the rune indicates strength, stability and permanence over time. However, an ice surface is not trustable, since hidden dangers could be found under it. In forecasts, wait before making big decisions, be patient until progress takes place, and stay connected to the present moment and the most objective circumstances.
Jera. [Phonetics: j/y]. It's translated as year and harvest. It's the only rune formed by two different characters. Like Winter and Summer, it's related to natural cycles considered as an ever forming present moment, turning in circles inside of the magics of the Earth. In that sense, the rune refers to karma and indicates renewal, rewards and success.
