Between October 23 rd and November 21 st, the Sun star transits on Scorpio, a Water sign, and the annual period is ruled by Pluto, the planet analogous to the Greek Hades, the god who ruled the Underworld in myths. But until 1930, the sign was ruled by Mars, the planet of desire and blood. Since then, Pluto has been associated to the wealthness we may find inside of the Earth, and to the physiology of organic lives.
In the Egyptian Tarot, number 10 is the number of Scorpio, and is assigned to Retribution card. 0 digit indicates potentiation, in this case related to the nucleus of the solar system, since Pluto is the outermost planet from the center (from an esoteric point of view, the extremes or opposites always become one). In Tarot, the card means the potentiation of The Magician (1), his karmic effect. And, depending on the right or inverted position, it indicates the greatest regeneration or the greatest devitalization.
Scorpio's development is massive for the energy it handles, touching the physical body and even the psychic dimensions. The sign especially explores physical sexuality and extracts vital strength from it. So it later explores the occult worlds and develops psychic abilities. Natural cycle. In it, the expansion and contraction of beings and things always happen, at their own pace and time.
Kuan Viewing (20). Destructive cycle towards wind.
The hexagram invite to look inside and outside. To the inside, because it may be the right time to properly respond to the demands of the situation, as the image of a panoramic viewer suggests, where we may be positioned at. To the outside, because the action is now displayed in the context, a field temporarily out of reach. This is the way the hexagram suggests reviewing our goals and noticing if they are out of time. The current one announces that something will not last too much longer, and will disappear. It may refer to an idea, an intention, a vision or any other matter inquired about. But it won't be easy because an impulsing force is still looking for what has already been achieved, known or experienced, in a way or the other. Persistence is the less adequate inner disposition to flow in the experience: some resolutions have already been made, the pathway has already been walked through, and whatever could have joined us has already done it.

HSIEH Untangled (40). Complement: WU WANG Without Embroiling (25)
The hexagrams forecast an initial situation of detachment, in which the elements or characteristics will be known separately (which previously were part of a same situation, or belonged to a single person). As the name of the hexagram says, it will be like getting free from familiar or traditional ties, and reaching the singular characteristics of each member. The move will later turn into a quite disturbing situation, in which the elements will take initiatives on their own, in the ways of an untamed horse. Anyway, the affairs will be handled, and some guidelines will point to the path to follow. The goal will be to keep the situation clear, simple, with no tangles or complications. But, if it weren't the case, the altered elements that complicate the flowing courses and wellness may remain as zones, affairs or people to be treated or simply let them be (Wu Wang of I Ching expresses it as if it were an illness).

TA CHUANG The Power of the Great (34). Destructive cycle towards thunder.
The hexagram talks about a determined and resolute action, coming out after some time of meditation. Counting on a wide panoramic vision, the previous experience could be included if it has been incorporated. But... is it the right time to start an action? If it's adequate or not doesn't matter as much as if the situation is seen from a comprehensive or, instead, a partial angle, since the effectiveness of the action depends on it. Anyway, the inquired subject or person are definitory, and it shouldn't be expected too much from the context, nor possibilities, solutions or news. Now, the environment is receptive or, at least, the action about to be started will have visible repercussions on it.
Forecast. Other movements happen within the framework provided by the natural cycle.
SUN Decrease (41).
The present forecast may extend beyond the current month (anyway, it could be added to the upcoming ones in the next months). Sun indicates a decreasing cycle of wealth, joy and satisfaction. Which also means that, currently, it has been and still is wealth and a good mood. Yin-yang alternance of the energy is, precisely, flowing in cycles that make increase and decrease characteristics, shapes, forces, intensities. In the upcoming times, expect for a progressive awareness of the limits to foresee: the situations are not eternal, the resources have a limit, the expansion finds borders. The forecast doesn't indicate specific events or characteristics during the process and, instead, an easy flow all along the decreasing tendency.

Vital development
Some signs are born with a magnetic karma and, among them, Scorpio is the one that expressess it earlier than the rest. Luckily, it doesn't remain on the surface and likes deepening, inquiring and knowing the invisible world inside of beings and things.
The natives reach their goals and get closer to their interests without wasting energy or time in trials and failures, because they take the time they need to know the affairs, and this is the way they reach a better understanding of what to do, where, when and how. In this sense, they like studying!
However, they hardly give up their minds because, both the way they organize their world and their moves, especially come from their mind and intentions. In fact, they tend to turn concrete, so they just pour them around even if they seem moderated or open to having a conversation in equal terms...
Free will
Over time, the scorpion goes clearly out of the astral expression, that of physiology and physical-sexual activity, and redirects the energy towards the mental area. This is the way the natives are mainly inclined to all types of psychic practices and become experts in the usage and handling of vitality.

Karma
As one of the effects of development and free will, the scorpions complete a psychic circle, so a series of characteristics emerge! It couldn't happen any other way. They find a new pathway, one that is growing from the present time, with mental karma completely in tune with some specific spectrum of energy. Even when delving into birth characteristics and becoming more encircling each time, they match quite specific people or situations. But although the spectrum gets narrower, their intentions become wider. This characteristic may take them to confuse manipulation (at several levels) with inner convincement (within or of other people).
To look out carefully...
A same tendency may produce disturbing effects depending on the type of characteristics it is integrated with, and those it is not integrated with. But it's convenient for the scorpions to strengthen the whole of them. If they go partials, they may reach peaks of extreme vitality and extreme weakness, thus experiencing conflictive relations and exchanges because of excesses and lacks, so they should keep in mind that they are part of some wider vital system, in mutual etheric interdependence.
Besides, they may stop caring about the future and their projects, in a field where they don't plant seeds and don't even offer a viable space for something else to be manifested further... This can be easily seen in all related to the physical body.
Many births taking place during the month will count on a potentiated thought, whether profound and magnetic, or focused and dynamic. They'll also be the last ones to express a very specific karma of Virgo, the rational and ordered one of the Zodiac that, during this period, will make prevail logic over great passions and any type of indefinite or vague tendency. For those born between 10.23 and 11.04, the sexual desire will become an important motif, and they will make unusual turns in that field. Related to love affairs, those born until 11.06 will count on all they need to fall in love and make others fall in love with them. Northern HemisphereMoon's rising sign: Virgo. Ruler: Mercury.Virgo will seem to be quite a demanding sign, if considering people's karmic resonances and dispositions. Southern HemisphereMoon's rising sign: Pisces. Ruler: Neptune.As their birth charts display, the present time will have low karmic weight, since their actions won't cause dense concentrations in the future, and the mental affinity will only remain on the path, especially after the 28-29 years-old. However, their chart's karma is not something to take lightly. They won't always find an easy way to make use of psychic influence, go unnoticed or express with great subtlety. It's an impediment that, at the same time, reduces the weight of their actions. Heart feelings, intuition and premonitions could lead to something completely new or unexpected. Transmuting the monthly Moon could also dismantle logics and offer another way to make variables play. Scorpio regeneration is not just physical-emotional but also a mental-psychic one.
Southern HemisphereA massive and indefinite astral tendency tends to change the understanding (especially about the past), and the usual logic to think and move in daily life. Kandinsky: paintings of the invisible
Vassily Kandinsky was a Russian painter, the father of the abstract expressionism at the beginning of the XX c. This is an art article, briefly mentioning his style progression along with some elements of his birth chart. According to it, the Water signs were quite relevant: an innovative and founder Cancer, an occultist Scorpio, and a mystic Pisces. The expression of Saturn in Scorpio was also a key factor for his development, especially since he started art studies by the age of 30, after the first cycle of the planet of karma.
The runes were introduced to mankind as sounds coming from Odin's mouth. After a cycle of nine days and nine nights on Yggdrasil, the World Tree, Odin bequeathed to us the vibrations ultimately generated by blood roots, after they were transformed throughout their natural cycle. To symbolize it, the runes or "secret letters" were carved into woods, bones, leather, and stones.
Wunjo (from October 13 until 28) - Hagalaz (Hagall, until November 13) - Naudhiz (Nauð, until November 28)
Wunjo. [Phonetics: w] It's translated as joy and pleasure. It indicates harmony, fulfilment, salvation, happiness, prosperity, comfort, wellness and ecstasy. It heralds a period of calm and peace.
Hagalaz. [Phonetics: h]. It's translated as grain and hail. So it's considered as the mother rune, like a seed expressing nature's destructive force. In forecasts, it announces delays, lack of progress, a detainment, unexpected problems, bad luck, witchcraft or a disease.
Naudhiz. [Phonetics: n]. It's translated as affliction. Like rubbing two twigs to each other, it indicates staying alert (like a fire), ready to confront, facing issues and taking the affairs into manifestation (in a wide sense). In a deeper meaning, it suggests a determined cutting or unraveling of the destiny's threads.
