This Skald it's a nordic myth version bard with some song base power.
(haven't use/rest, the song number & retroactivity limited the use)
Core 1 - Cray - Skaldic Rage (Active)

Requires 1 trained Ranks of Perform to use.Expend a Song to fly into Rage, granting you +4 Music bonus (stack with Rage bonus) to Strength and -10% penalty to AC.
Retroactivity: When Skaldic Rage ends affected person 4 stack Tired (-3% movement speed, -1 STR, DEX, -2 melee power)*stack.
Note: Skaldic Rage don't block spellcasting ability.Choose: Linked to Niflheim (cold) or Linked to Muspelheim (fire)
Each Core Enhancement grants you +10 HP and +5 Positive spell power.
Core 2 - Valkyrie Soul (Toggle):
Requires 6 trained Ranks of Perform to use.You can Inspire / Skaldic touch any number of allies in a ballad range at a time. Inspirations / Skaldic Touch song cost increase to 4 per Song.
With active Valkyrie Soul change the Cry - Skaldic Rage/Battle Range, Slayer/Greater Slayer & Rallying to Self centered AOE effect without additional song cost.
Additional affected person can use your Charisma modifier to hit with Skaldic Touched weapons & shield.
Core 3 - Cry - Slayer (Active)

Requires 23 trained Ranks of Perform to use. Linked to Nifleheim.Scream the songs to summon the frozen ice from the underworld of fallen. Expending a Bard Song to force enemies in the area to make a fortitude save versus being frozen solid in frozen ice for 1s * inspiration level.
Even if they make the save from frozen, they take inspiration level * d3 Cold damage (scales with cold spellpower) and are significantly slowed (-50% movement -30% attack speed) for 2s * inspiration level or make save; additional save every 5 seconds to negate frozen & slow effect.
DC=Perform+d20; Bosses cannot be frozen, but can be slowed.
Retroactivity: After cast (not after effect end) the bard become inspiration level % Vulnerability. Remove 1% Vulnerability every 4 s.

Requires 23 trained Ranks of Perform to use. Linked to Muspelheim.Scream the songs to summon the heat from the burning underworld. Expending a Bard Song to burn enemies in the area take inspiration level * d3 Fire damage (scales with fire spellpower, Reflex half) & make fortitude save or gain 2 stack burning (scales with melee/ranged power, stacking 5 time).
Even if they fail the save from burning, they are in Panic (these Fear effect bypass natural immunity); additional save every 5 seconds to negate burn effect, if success can make will save every 5 sec vs Fear.
DC=Perform+d20; Bosses cannot be feared, but can be burned.

Cry:
Special skaldic song base power with instant casting, short duration, longer cooldown & have stacking retroactivity - the skald or affected person uses its future energies in this moment.
After used Cry end gain 4 stack Retroactivity (no save, bypass immunity, unremovable; only die, quest finish break the effect). Remove 1 stack retroactivity after inspiration level second.
A trained bard can decrease this retroactivity.
