Band

Band is the wind instrument musicians of our program.

During the Fall, band is known under the name 'Monarch Royal Brigade' and is joined with drumline and colorguard to perform on the football field for halftime shows and on the street for parades. These students perform on the move through marching, which is why we get PE credit. They perform at home football games, at assemblies and pep rallies, at parades throughout the County, and at the District Fall Showcase.

During the Winter and Spring, band is known under the name 'Symphonic Band' and is joined by the members of drumline who become the percussion section. This group stays indoors and perform several concerts during the duration of the rest of the school year.
