With the beginning of a new committee session, The Wagner Group tackles the current existence of the Organizations and the peaceful ways and intentions that they have. Furthermore The Central African Republic receives and supports the help of our fellow troops and continues to support our Eastern friends and organizations, giving a delightful and diplomatic response to the childish, we might say, POI addressed by The United States.

The delegation of India comes with the idea of applying sanctions to the STATES that do not respect the rights and the ways the organization acts, implying in a clear way that our group and our Eastern brothers and sisters should be sanctioned, an outrageous stance that we did not expect from the delegation of India.

We respect the decision of China to tackle the legal status of PMCs, saying that they are indeed legal, organized and respected institutions and they should not be treated like “criminals” or “mercenaries” as some delegations stated before.

Following this, we want to ask the Republic of France if they are aware of the serious accusations that they raised against our nation? Are they aware that we were called criminals, assasins even? Our nation demands immediate apologies and recognition of our peaceful and efficient organization, a point that is supported by our neighbors, Kazakhstan.

Though, the delegation of Netherlands once again proved that they are not aware of our duty to the nation and our ways of treating different diplomatic situations.

Surprisingly, Brazil has offered its positive stance and agreed that our organizations deserve recognition and lack of judgment and sanctions. We gladly accept Brazil’s help and thank the delegation for their just opinion and recognition of our organizations. But, The United States made clear their hidden intentions, to punish, eliminate, persecute and kill our people, brave soldiers that only fight for the better of ALL nations!

The respectful delegation of Russia has joined our committee, we express our regret for what the delegation of Russia has to face in this outrageous committee session, accusations and judgment. Gladly, the delegation took the matter in a diplomatic and fair way, explaining how, for example, PMCs are not controlled by our extinguished government. The nations, though, seem to take the presence of Russia as a joke… addressing irrelevant and childish questions that our representatives gladly denied, such as the presence of any supposed illegal organizations and actions, and took care of them in a diplomatic way. RUSSIA IS FAIR! RUSSIA IS NOT A JOKE TO THE NATIONS! RUSSIA RESPECTS THE INTERNATIONAL LAW! We are sincerely disappointed by the way that the committee treated the delegation of Russia. Of course the nations had to bring up a sensitive subject for our representatives, The Ukrainian War. Russia stated that the current matter, since we find it absolutely outrageous to call it “a war” as some nations stated, is a peaceful way of obtaining what is ours!

The way that the nations CONTINUE to accuse Russia and judge the actions of our extinguished Ministry of Defence proves that once again The United Nations is only plotting to sanction and abolish any action taken by The Russian Federation, absolutely and completely horrendous. How dare the nations ask our government to be transparent, to know our private matters, is that NORMAL? Is that DIPLOMATIC? No dear readers, it is not, what happened in this committee session proves us that we cannot trust The United Nations, that they are trying to keep us silent, to bring shame to our representatives and nation, and bring serious accusations regarding our military HEROES!

We begin this new day of debate with a sincere speech in which the delegation of the Central African Republic supports the Wagner Group in their fight to stop more legal restrictions being imposed on PMCs. Syria strengthens this idea by stating how confusing it would be to enforce such a radical regulation that the UN simply could not implement without the approval of the countries involved. Furthermore, how dare the USA speak about transparency when only yesterday they were plotting to eradicate Russia's power? Why should we allow this country the right to bind us to a document in which the Russian Federation does not believe?

The delegation of Venezuela continues by unrightfully associating PMCs with DRUG DEALERS and their networking platforms, to which the delegation of China argues that MPCs are LEGAL and part of a trade association whose codes of conduct they respect by choice.

So if you don't recognise the legal existence of PMCs such as the Wagner group, and all the help they provide in solving military conflicts, how could you force them into a licensing system in order to give them more "legitimacy" and pretend to still respect their humanitarian laws?

The Wagner Group proposes for the already existing contracts to be taken into consideration and for the UN to provide a set of guidelines as a suggestion for the MPCs to abide by. It is outrageous how Venezuela goes on to ACCUSE the Wagner group of having a bloody, inhumane history of loopholes. It is a fact that it is only up to the employers of these organizations to decide the course of PMCs actions, which may actually yet again ensure stability in a national crisis. As Syria cleverly states later on, let's not throw words, such as "loopholes", without a base!

This is followed by China's unjust claim that the same group isn't even a registered operation but more of an assembly of mercenaries.

SCANDALOUS! Venezuela ultimately has no right to add that the Wagner Group has no loyalty to a nation or set of values, while refusing to even think of accepting the much needed help of the Wagner Group in case of an emergency so that the people of Venezuela aren't endangered!

Let's be productive instead!

The Russian Federation's powerful speech brings to light once and for all the the main focus of the topic: peace and security, not world trade organizations,not failed economic or political systems, and

THIS IS NOT THE SOCHUM NOR THE UNODC COMMITTEE!

We shouldn't refrain from discussing the global fight that the strong nations in this room share, which is also the main reason NATO, as well as other organizations, was founded.
