I hold Mike Armas (VP of business development) and Carolyn Martinez (Applications lab manager) responsible for fabricating a hostile workplace/sexual harassment accusation against me and for the subsequent wrongful discharge. I also hold responsible Kathi Safford (HR), for associating with Mike Armas and Carolyn Martinez and knowledgeably taking part in the wrongful discharge process. Furthermore, I hold responsible the higher administration of Raydiance Inc. for not admitting the wrongdoing orchestrated by Mike Armas and for going along with his irresponsible actions. I have strong evidence to prove that the actions against me were politically motivated. In my opinion, this entire story signals irrational decision making within the core of Raydiance's management.
Taking into consideration that under an at-will employment contract an employee can be legally fired for no reason, maliciously accusing someone for hostile workplace/sexual harassment with the intention to ostracize this person is cowardly and not in accordance with the best business practices. This irresponsible act originating from the higher sphere of management poses a serious question mark on the strength and on the reliability of this company.
