Hours: Minimum 6 academic hours/day (1 academic hour = 45 minutes). More hours can be required by your hospital.

Timing: Outside class hours (i.e., you can't have classes that day/week), Mon-Fri (no clerkship days on public holidays, incl. Sundays allowed). You can have breaks between (for example, you could split 4 weeks in the same department into 3 weeks in July and 1 week in September, if you want or need to do so).Β

Requirements: 20 individual workdays required. Putting in extra hours/day doesn’t mean you can work fewer days.

The biggest no-go is to skip on regular teaching in order to do clerkship.

Deadlines & Extensions

Completion: By September 15th.

Submission: Email documents (scanned) to your Tutor by Sep 15th, submit originals in a envelope by early October to the Dean's Office.

Extensions:
