Unit 04 Develop a personal health & fitness programme
This unit will give learners the opportunity to bring together their learning gained throughout the course and develop a health and fitness programme. They will gain knowledge and skills in carrying out fitness tests. Learners will understand the importance of preparation and appropriate warm-up and cool downs. They will be able to evaluate the effectiveness of a health and fitness programme.
