Using the following links to you can duplicate my quizzes and edit them, it will also allow you to track the performance of students and download their data. Thanks to @AjacobsPE for helping me get this shareable.
You may have to have a Microsoft account to access this fully but you can (I have tested this) sign on to forms with a Hotmail account and have similar access.
Please be patient as they are not perfect but and sometimes contain mistakes but when a student points this out to me the conversation we will have (including me correcting the mistake) strengthens their learning process.

Once you have edited your form you can then share it. Students do not need to have a Microsoft account if you select the correct settings.
Click the 3 dots on the top right. Hit settings. Then make sure "anyone with the link can respond"
