My name is Megan Knudsen-Palmer, but my students know me as Mrs. Palmer! I have a passion for teaching 3rd graders and have found my home at Tierra Linda. This will be my 5th year teaching in PVSD. I have a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Cal Poly SLO and my Masters in Teaching from Pepperdine University. My teaching philosophy is centered in SEL (social-emotional learning) and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment for all students. A few of my favorite things are coffee, books, and all things Disney. My husband Mark and I have a chihuahua puppy named Bear. I enjoy spending time with my family, crafting and reading!
