Fufilling your Orders

Step 1:
Sellers will receive a picklist at around 6am or 10am (according to your assigned cut-off timing), on the day of pick-up/self-delivery to the warehouse.

> Sellers onboarded in 2024 will have a fixed cut-off timing of 10am.

> Sellers onboarded before 2024 that opted in to be part of the Next-Day-Delivery programme, will have a fixed cut-off timing of 10am

> Sellers onboarded before 2024 that did not opt to be part of the Next-Day Delivery programme, will have a fixed cut-off timing of 6am.

Step 2:
Sellers to pick and pack according to the picklist.
Ensure that all packages/cartons have picklist number, date, carton 1 of xx indicated clearly. Do follow our packing best practices in chapter 3.

Step 3:
Sellers to deliver the items to our warehouse, or wait for the FairPrice Marketplace delivery fleet to pick-up your orders.

• If our transporter travels down to your location and was informed (OOS by your end), $11 will be penalised for any wasted trip.

Step 4: 
Once items reach our warehouse, they will be received in by our warehouse staff and accounted for. Do note that items sent in incorrectly will be rejected.

Step 5:
Items will be consolidated with other products from other sellers by our warehouse.

Step 6:
Consolidated customer orders will be delivered in one package to our customers.
