For TU label Top-up, please fill this form. (please request for labels at least 1 week in-advance)

*The Seller Picker Application is compulsory for all sellers (including 24 hour delivery sellers) using FairPrice Marketplace Pick-up service.

*New Sellers joining FairPrice Marketplace should expect to receive your first batch of TU labels within the first week of pick-up from us.

What is the Seller Picker Application?

• An Android Mobile Application (currently unavailable on Apple (iOS) phones)

• It will assist in the creation of TUs

• Helps with SKU Scanning and Verification

• Provides a record of collection of TUs and handover sign-off with transporters

*TUs refer to any carton or bag which a TU label can be pasted on

• Reduced incidences of SKUs with wrong barcodes

• Reduced incidences of short/excess picking

• Provides a record of handover of items to our first-mile transporter

• Helps us to track drop-offs along our logistics chain faster

Hourly Dynamic Picklist & Revised Order Cut-off Timing for PFC Orders (Estimated Mid-Apr Launch)

Sellers that are onboarded to 24-hour delivery will have all PFC (Joo Koon) appear on a finalised pick-list generated by email and on the picker app on the day of pick up at 12.15pm, with pick up starting from 12.30pm onwards lasting to 3.30pm. 

With the reduced time given between receiving the picklist and having Fairprice pick up your items, we will be providing hourly picklists every 1-hour throughout the day, with the finalised pick list at 12.15pm. This will assist you to pack all orders within a shorter period of time.
