Chapter 3: Packing Best Practices
When packing ensure that all parcels are labelled as follows.
Our warehouse only receives your items based on the BARCODES entered into our system. While picking and packing, please ensure that the barcodes on your picklist match the barcodes on your items. Failure to pack items with correct barcodes will result in rejections and returns.
For bundled items , please ensure that the items in the bundle is securely cling wrapped together with the barcode clearly printed on the bundle. This is to ensure that the warehouse receiving staff do not accidentally break apart your bundle SKU.
Referring to the screenshot below, you may have come across your picklist with priority vs non-priority indicators in the most right column as shown. Where “Y” indicated = priority and NO “Y” indicated = normal order.
If items are indicated with 'Y' in the Priority column in the picklist, please pack these item separately, and indicate 'Priority on the box. We will require all sellers to pre-segregate the items into two main boxes/piles: Priority vs Non-Priority. These items have been flagged as priority as they are SKUs that have a early delivery scheduled for and thus will need priority handling at the warehouse.
All items sold on the marketplace platform is assigned a storage type by our warehouse. Storage type indication can be found on your picklists. Please pack items of different storage types separately and according to our packing best practices below.
For more information on storage types, click on the 'Understanding storage types' drop-down below.

C1 = Chilled Items (stored between 16°C - 20°C)
C2 = Chilled Items (stored between 0°C - 4°C)
FZ = Frozen Items (stored between -12°C to -18°C)
NA* = Items whose storage type which have not been classified* (Usually occurs for newly created SKUs)
NOTE: If your items have been allocated an incorrect storage type please inform your Seller Acquisition Specialist or your Account Manager.

Please ensure that all orders are packed according to our guidelines as our first mile team will be enforcing mandatory temperature checks during pick up.
Our transporters will have the right to reject any pickups for orders that fail to meet our temperature check standards. Please find our guidelines as listed below:
