You may refer to the following escalation channels to enquire about your pick-up status.
If your items are not picked up before your warehouse closure OR 4pm (whichever is earlier), kindly contact the individuals in the following order, please attempt to call the numbers at each escalation step at least twice:
Transporter Supervisors for either PFC (Joo Koon) or FFS Orders

Use their Transporter Application to scan TUs upon pick-up, for sellers on the Seller Picker App Program.
Check item temperature of chilled and frozen items upon pick-up:
If temperature checks fail the minimum required temperature, they will refuse pick-up, this is to ensure cold chain is kept throughout our supply chain. For packing best practices, please refer to Chapter 3: Packing Best Practices.
Wait for a maximum of 5mins for any delays in picking, once past the waiting time, our transporters will move-off without pick-up.
Give one courtesy call to the seller, if store is closed/unable to enter.
Failing to handover items after a call and the 5mins wait time, our transporters will move off resulting in drop-off for the order.
Reject any request from seller to pickup any items meant for another day's collection.
Please do not hand our transporters any items that are for future orders, or any missed collections from previous days.
