Last Update: 18 Sep 2026 (v3)Â
Q1: Why is FairPrice introducing a revamped seller portal?
FairPrice is upgrading its marketplace systems alongside an improved customer app. The revamped seller portal introduces a dedicated media repository (including product video uploads), downloadable picklists with full order visibility, additional promotional tools, and clearer catalog preview and approval workflows.
Q2: When will the revamped seller portal go live?
Data migration to the new portal will take place from 1 September to 24 September 2026. A detailed transition timeline, user guides, and training session invitations will be shared nearer to the official launch date.
Q3: Will my store be frozen during this period?
No. Your store is not frozen during this period. Daily order fulfillment, inventory adjustments, and pricing updates in Mirakl remain fully active, and you can continue selling and creating new SKUs as usual. The 31 August 2026, 12:00 PM cutoff marks the data freeze point: only Active seller accounts and Active SKUs in "Published" status at that time will be migrated to the revamped portal.Â
🆕 Q4: I received an email directly from Mirakl about a "Mirakl Seller Account." Is this related to the FairPrice seller portal migration?
No, this is not related to the FairPrice seller portal migration. Mirakl is the technology provider behind the current seller portal, and separately sends its own platform-wide communications to sellers across the different marketplaces it powers. Please disregard any emails from Mirakl about a "Mirakl Seller Account" or similar account unification. This does not apply to your FairPrice seller account, and no action is required on your part. All updates about the FairPrice seller portal migration will come directly from FairPrice, not from Mirakl. If you are ever unsure whether an email is genuinely from FairPrice, please check with your Category Manager (CM) or Key Account Manager (KAM) before taking any action.Â
Q1: What happens if I update my Business Profile after 31 August 12:00 PM?
Profile updates remain open in the portal. If you update store details (e.g., bank details, warehouse location, contact numbers), you MUST notify your Category Manager (CM) or Key Account Manager (KAM) so we can keep a manual log and ensure your records update on the revamped portal.
Q2: What happens to product listings in "Draft" or "Changes Required" status after 31 August 12:00 PM?
SKUs in Draft or Changes Required status will not be migrated. We're allowing an exceptional grace period until Friday, 4 September 2026 to clear pending catalog approvals. After 4 September, no further SKU approvals will be processed in Mirakl. You will retain access to refer back to product descriptions, attributes, and specifications so you can easily re-submit them on the revamped portal once live.Â
Q3: What happens if a SKU is created, approved, or published after 31 August 12:00 PM?
SKUs pending approval before 31 August 12:00 PM can still be cleared during the grace period, up to 4 September 2026. After 4 September, no further SKU approvals will be processed in Mirakl. We strongly advise pausing new SKU creation after 31 August. Anything created after this date will not be approved or migrated, and will need to be manually re-created on the revamped portal after launch.Â
Q4: Can I still create new SKUs after 31 August?
No. New SKU submissions will not be approved after this date, except for SKUs required for compliance or BCRS-related reasons. If you believe your SKU qualifies for an exception, please reach out to your POC.Â
Q5: How long will I have access to view my draft SKUs in the current portal?
You will retain access to your catalog data in the current portal until the platform is fully decommissioned. A detailed timeline regarding platform decommissioning will be shared nearer to the launch date.
🆕 Q1: Will there be a chance a Published SKU fails to migrate due to a system glitch?
Yes. If this happens, you will need to re-create the SKU on the revamped portal. It will be treated as a new SKU submission.
🆕 Q2: How is my SKU's status determined for migration eligibility?
Your SKU's status in Mirakl as of 4 September 2026, once the grace period for clearing pending approvals has closed, determines its eligibility. This status is recorded in the system and is not subject to dispute.
🆕 Q3: Will I know which of my SKUs were migrated, and is there a process to verify this?Â
We will run sample-based testing after migration to check overall accuracy; we do not verify every individual SKU. Once migration is complete, we will email inform that it has happened and ask you to log in and check your own account. It is your responsibility to check and verify which of your SKUs have migrated, and to input pricing and inventory for them in the revamped portal before go-live. This step is required to make them active for sale.
Q1: Will daily order processing or inventory management be disrupted?Â
No. Daily order fulfillment, inventory stock management, and price changes for live SKUs remain completely unaffected and operational.
Q2: Will training be provided for the revamped portal?
Yes! Full training sessions, educational materials, and a Seller Onboarding Guide will be shared nearer to the launch date to help you transition smoothly.
Q3: Who should I contact if I have questions?Â
For business profile changes (e.g., bank details, warehouse location, contact numbers), please notify your Category Manager (CM) or Key Account Manager (KAM) directly. For all other questions, this FAQ page is your first stop. Please check here before reaching out to your CM/KAM.Â
🆕 Q1: Can I download my transactions in Mirakl for my own records during the transition?Â
Yes, if you'd like to. This option is already available to you now, however we recommend you to refer to the Sales Breakdown report as the source of truth.Â
🆕 Q2: Will my payouts or settlements be affected during the migration?
No. There is no impact to payouts or settlements during the migration period.
🆕 Q3: Will my payout frequency change during the period where I'm using both systems?
No. Payouts remain twice a month, the same frequency as today. You will receive 2 separate settlements and sales breakdown reports during this period (one per platform) rather than one combined report. PBX will still be the main portal for invoicing.
🆕 Q4: Will I need to reconcile the two settlement reports myself during the parallel systems period?
Yes. During this period, you will need to reconcile the 2 reports yourself for your own accounting. We do not currently provide a consolidated summary combining both.
🆕 Q5: Will the report format be different from what I see today?
Yes, the format will differ from your current reports, designed to give you clearer information.
🆕 Q6: How will I access my reports going forward?
Reports from Mirakl will continue to arrive by email as they do today. Reports from the revamped portal are only available within the portal. You will need to log in to view and download them, as no emails will be sent for these.
🆕 Q7: Why are there two separate reports instead of one combined report?
Mirakl and the revamped portal run on different backend systems, so the reports cannot be merged into one.
🆕 Q8: Is there any changes to the reports I will receive moving forward?
Yes, there will be some changes between what you currently receive and what you can expect from the revamped portal. We are preparing a visual guide comparing the two, so you know exactly what to look out for. This is still being finalized, and we will share it as soon as it is ready.
🆕 Q1: Why do I need to use two systems at once?
The revamped seller portal supports the new FairPrice app being launched to the public. Mirakl continues to support the current FairPrice app only. From 22 October (tentative) to 9 November 2026, you will operate across both the old (Mirakl) and new seller portals to ensure a smooth cutover between the two apps. This overlap period means managing 2 seller portals and 2 mobile apps, running parallel fulfillment processes depending on where each order originated, and receiving 2 Sales Breakdown Reports.Â
🆕 Q2: If I set pricing in both systems during this period, which one applies?
This is not a conflict between the two. Each system is independent: pricing set in Mirakl applies to orders on the old app, and pricing set in the revamped seller portal applies to orders on the new app.
🆕 Q3: What process changes take effect from go-live?
For orders placed through the new seller portal, all suppliers use the new seller mobile app for pick and pack (this applies to both PFC and FFS processes). Orders on Mirakl continue to follow existing Mirakl processes during the dual-system period.
Order cut-off is standardised to 10:00 AM daily for all suppliers.
Courier collection windows: FFS 12:00–2:30 PM; PFC 12:00–3:30 PM.
Warehouse arrival deadlines (courier and self-delivery): FFS by 3:00 PM; PFC by 4:00 PM.
🆕 Q4: Do these new cut-off and delivery rules apply to the current orders too?
No. These standardised rules apply only to orders placed through the revamped portal. Orders on Mirakl during the dual-system period continue to follow existing rules.
🆕 Q1: If my seller information differs between Mirakl and the new portal (e.g., a different registered address), which record is used?
If there is a difference between your Mirakl and revamped portal records, for example a different registered address, we recommend reviewing your business profile once you are on the new seller portal and updating any details that need correcting. This helps ensure your account information stays accurate going forward.
Q1: How long will I have access to view my draft SKUs in the current portal?Â
You will retain access to your catalog data in the current portal until the platform is fully decommissioned. A detailed timeline regarding platform decommissioning will be shared nearer to the launch date .
🆕 Q2: What happens on 10 November 2026?
From 10 November 2026, Mirakl will stop receiving new orders. You will still be able to access Mirakl and fulfill any orders already placed before this date. This does not affect your ability to complete orders already in progress.
🆕 Q3: Will I still be able to fulfill orders after 10 November?
Yes. You can continue to fulfill any orders already placed before 10 November as normal. The only change is that your store will no longer receive new orders through Mirakl from that date onward.
