In order to meet the demands of quicker deliveries to our customers, we launched the Next-Day Delivery also known as 24-hour Delivery Model in 2023 to enable our customers to receive your products faster

What is the difference between my current model and this new model?

Operationally, the main differences between the current and 24-hour model is as follows:

• Picklist forecast: generated and sent to your e-mail 4 times a day

• Cut-off timing for customers to place orders for the day's pickup: 10am

• Final picklist generation: Latest 1015am.

• Pick-up timing: Fixed 12-3pm bloc

• Mandatory use of new Picker App

• ✨New MP Logistics Picker App
