If I was really making actual airports with race tracks, I'd either be broke already or I would start feeling the need to make each one a bit more like a vacation destination.     So instead of yet another boring airport on the ice, I decided this one could be a full-featured resort.

This one starts with a large array of solar panels to power the hotel/casino, and keep the man-made lake from freezing over.    Sailboat rentals add a nice touch, as does the healthy grove of trees that live well above timberline.   If you're going to dream and force nature to bend to your will, dream big.
