This section of the Alps is nearly magical.   The town of Ambri is nestled in a bucolic little valley, and the nearby mountains are peppered with more than a handful of fresh water reservoirs... each one prettier than the next.   In real life, we would never even be able to visit these pools, but in the sim we can race all day long and still toss our wrappers out the window.

In fact, it's so pretty up here that you can easily lose your concentration and forget you're in a race.    Ninety-One gates don't exactly help keep your mind on your job either, so at some point you will forget it's a competition and start looking for a new shore to call your favorite fishing spot.  I can only imagine what fresh trout tastes like when pulled from one of these pools.

Anyway, back to the task at hand.  This race course has plenty of distractions to keep you un-focused.   It also demands some decent power to weight to climb the hills without circling.   If you're wondering, this was one of the original locations that sparked the desire to build race tracks in the mountains.   And if I ever disappear without a trace, it's a good bet that I sold everything and moved here.
