The highest governing body that represents the students is the Manila Central University - University Student Council.
There are 41 recognized organizations and councils within the university, encompassing academic organizations, community outreach groups, talent-based organizations, and student journalism bodies. These organizations are authorized to conduct student-centered activities, collaborate with the university administration, and implement programs that support the development and needs of the students.
