Supported by different student organizations across colleges such as MCU ACCORD, MCU-CAS Kabahagi, and MCU-CON Nightingale, the university reaches communities to provide assistance, promote inclusion, and foster sustainable growth.

I. University Anti-poverty Programmes
Manila Central University offers over a thousand slots from 19 different scholarships and grants, providing up to 100% tuition fee discounts to qualified students. These scholarships aim to support students from low and lower-middle income group throughout their academic journey until graduation, provided that they maintain the required academic standing.
MCU has a Scholarship and Financial Aid Officer who is responsible for managing and identifying scholarship opportunities for students in need, particularly those belonging to low and lower-middle income groups, as well as foreign students from low-income countries. The officer also provides support to scholars throughout their academic journey until graduation.
