1 bunch Chinese long beans, tipped and cut into 3-inch lengths
1 T. black bean paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T., heaping, fermented black bean paste
1 t. garlic chile paste
1 T. soy sauce
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Wash and cut long beans. Drain well and set aside. In a measuring cup or small bowl, combine minced garlic, black bean paste, chile garlic paste, and soy sauce. Heat olive oil in wok or large skillet. When very hot, add long beans and stir fry until beans begin to blister. When beans are cooked, add combined ingredients, toss quickly just to coat beans, and serve immediately.
