9 lbs. clams
1 C. garlic chives
¼ C. black beans, chopped
1 C. sake
1 C. cilantro, sprinkled on top
Rinse clams in 3 changes of water.
Combine clams, chives, black beans, and sake in large pot. Cover and bring to a boil. Steam until clams open, about 3-5 minutes.
