Suggest possibly getting a small bottle of iodine and painting a 2 x 2 inch square of it on arm or leg to allow it to absorb. With table salt being replaced with "sea salt" we typically don't get enough iodine on a regular basis. We need iodine to counter radiation effects in the thyroid. See info below.
